The film delves into the "fallout" effect that comes with extreme drinking, including physical and mental health consequences, as well as the range of social and legal repercussions, including crime, violence, anti-social behaviour and road trauma.

Play Now Act Now is a key initiative of NSW Health, in partnership with Metro Screen, to address the issue of problematic alcohol consumption by young people. In particular, the initiative reflects the strategy of engaging young people through a cultural approach.
